So when I checked my email today I saw one from my latest crush; Kimberly Snyder. Yes, I have crushes on girls - in the sense that I admire them. And Kimberly Snyder is a beautiful, glowing, glorious, healthy, kind-hearted woman that I aspire to be like in many ways. She is the author of The Beauty Detox Solution, one of my favorite nutrition books. She favors, as I and many other experts in the field of holistic health, wellness and nutrition, a plant-based diet. She has worked with and transformed the lives of many celebrities, used to be a marathoner and is now a yogi, and has traveled the world on her own journey to wellness; a woman I am just in awe of.
So when I read her article on sleep, I knew I had to share it. The tips are nothing out of the ordinary, but make so much sense.
